Delivery Prep Coaching Package

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
PRENATAL PLANNING
Receive two private prenatal meetings prior to your expected delivery date. This will be a safe space to discuss your worries and concerns.

During the first meeting, we will talk about your anticipated birth and all that you desire on your awe-inspiring day. Additionally, we will complete your Birth Plan.

During the second planning meeting, we encourage you to bring your top 3 members of your village to participate so that they can gain clear insight in order to serve as an effective advocate for you during labor and delivery.
POSTPARTUM PLANNING
Receive two private postpartum meetings prior to your expected delivery date.

During the first visit, we will discuss your anticipated needs during the postpartum transition. Additionally, we will complete your 4th Trimester / Postpartum Plan.

During the second meeting, we will make any necessary changes that you have decided on in order to finalize your plan. You are encouraged to invite ALL members of your village whom you desire to support you during this period in order to gain clear insight so that they can serve you and your family during this time of transition and adjustment.
WALK & TALK
THERAPEUTIC COACHING
Receive up to two sessions during your pregnancy. This is a time for you to Pause, Breathe, and Imagine the most beautifully desired life experiences while engaging in exercise and being in nature…all while taking your Coach with you!
POSTPARTUM VISIT
You will receive one Postpartum follow up visit. During each visit, we intentionally assess the needs of Mama and her family as well as create a strategic plan that is intended to meet the needs identified.

This visit takes place within the first two weeks of your postpartum period. This is the perfect transition from pregnancy and birth. Allow your Coach to celebrate YOU and experience the safe space to ask any questions and voice any concerns that you might have about where you are in your healing journey as well as your newborn.

A NESTING PARTY FOR MAMA
This party is all about intentionality and showing up for Mama. We serve as the host and Mama gets to relax while the prep work is done for her and family. This is truly the gift that keeps on giving as she prepares for such an awe-inspiring experience.

COUPLES AND/OR FAMILY SESSION
Receive up to two sessions during the postpartum period. This is the perfect opportunity to address strengths and needs of both partners and family members as everyone adjusts to this new period of transition. You will have the option to utilize both for a Couple's Session or a Family Session as well as scheduling day and time that is most convenient for you and your family.

Welcome Home Mama Postpartum Recovery Package
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
PRENATAL PLANNING
Once your planning session is scheduled, we will spend time discussing your anticipated needs prior to your coach visiting. We will meet via phone or zoom.
WELCOME HOME MAMA
Your recovery visit is all about YOU and takes place within the first 48 hours at home with the support you need when you need it most. We support you by focusing on postpartum comfort, targeted relief, and healing. During this time, we can also address needs and concerns regarding newborn care.
Bonus: You and your partner can take a nap!

Mama Needs Support Postpartum Package
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
BIRTH PLANNING SESSION
Before your baby is born, we will meet with partner or other support person included to plan our time together. We will talk about your vision for your postpartum journey, explore options, and make sure you have what you need for your transition.
HOME VISITS
Each week, your postpartum coach support will include two in home care sessions with your postpartum coach. A session may include assistance with light meal planning/prep and hydration, making sure you and your partner get rest, and the kitchen is in order for days when your coach is not with you. This is also a safe space to discuss any concerns or stressors you have as you adjust to motherhood and life with a newborn and beyond.
